Crepes For Lunch

For years, I had considered crepes a breakfast food. Only recently have I began to realize the error of my ways and decided to make savory and sweet crepes for lunches, and dinners. Crepes have such great visual appeal and wonderful taste to go along with it. Plus, there is pretty much a kind of crepe for everyone! If you aren't a sweet tooth, how about a ham and cheese crepe? Ever considered a baked apple crepe? What about Banana Nutella? The possibilities are endless! And, as long as you have a few simple ingredients on hand, the crepes themsleves are very simple and quick to make! Here is my favourite recipe: Crepes. These are some pics of a couple crepes that I put together for a delicious lunch!

Here they are!

This crepe starts with honey fresh from the farmers market....
then peanut butter.... and banana's which I missed in this picture!
Sorry for the bad quality pic and the disgusting lighting! It gets better!

This is a savoury crepe with basil, lettuce, ham, and cheese. Again, sorry for the lighting, ugh.

Front and center, we have my personal favourite, with nutella, banana, and whipped cream. Yum!

This is the banana, honey, and peanut butter crepe.

This is a crepe with strawberries, blueberries, almonds, yogurt, coconut, and syrup.

My sister opted not to have the ham and cheese crepe, not being a big fan of savoury crepes.

Angus looked on very closely as we ate, just hoping for a crumb. He didn't get one.

I had mine with a glass of milk!
