Easter Bark And Other Easter Fun!

Easter Bark

8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
8 ounces milk chocolate chips
7 ounces white chocolate
2 drops red food coloring
1/4 cup mini cadbury eggs

Lay out a large sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Put melt chocolate over double boiler (or microwave) and spread onto the parchment paper in a rectangle shape. Melt the white chocolate and add food coloring to make pink. Drop on top of the chocolate and decorate. Place on the eggs and press down lightly. Allow to firm for 3 hours. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Easter Bark (sorry not high quality photos)

Our Easter eggs. We are so used to buying brown eggs that we bought them (by accident) for dying. Whoops! However,  they actually turned okay; just a little bit "rustic" looking.
